Ternion Appliances Pty Ltd ("Ternion", "we", "us") sells products under the Halvōr brand, including through Amazon Australia (Amazon.com.au). This policy explains how we handle personal information.
Information we collect We collect only what we need to sell and support our products:
Order and delivery details. When you buy one of our products on Amazon and we ship it ourselves, Amazon gives us your name and delivery address so we can send your order. When Amazon ships the order (Fulfilled by Amazon), we generally do not receive your personal details.
Messages you send us. If you contact us through Amazon or by email, we receive your message and the contact details you provide.
Website contact. If you contact us through this website, we receive the details you enter.
We do not collect payment card details. Payments made on Amazon are handled by Amazon.
How we use it We use personal information only to fulfil and deliver orders, respond to questions and warranty requests, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Our business tools We use tools connected to our Amazon seller and advertising accounts (through Amazon's official APIs and Login with Amazon) to manage our own product listings, inventory, sales reporting and advertising. These tools work with our own business data. They do not request or store Amazon customers' personal information.
Who we share it with We share personal information only where needed to deliver your order (for example, with Australia Post or a courier), or where required by law. Amazon handles personal information under its own privacy notice, available on Amazon.com.au.
Storage and security We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. We protect it with access controls, encrypted storage of credentials, multi-factor authentication, and up-to-date security software.
Access, correction and complaints You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing admin@ternion.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
